Personal Data does not include information that has been anonymized so that it can no longer be related to an identified or identifiable natural person.
What Personal Data do we collected?
We may collect basic user profile information from all Users visiting our Site. From our Customers, we collect the following additional information, which is necessary for the delivery of the Service and fulfillment of the contract: name, email address, phone number, club, team, company, address.
To whom is the data disclosed?
In addition to our direct collection of information, data is collected by certain third-party service providers that we use to implement the Service (such as payment service providers, logistics partners, and IT service providers).
We also use other third parties who may collect data independently (e.g., social media services via cookies).
We (as the data controller) are responsible for ensuring that all our service providers process personal data lawfully and in accordance with our instructions.
How do we use Personal Data?
We use Personal Data for the following purposes, each supported by a lawful basis:
1. Service Provision and Contract Fulfilment (Legal Basis: Contract):
To customize the Site, make appropriate service offerings, and fulfill buying and selling requests on the Site.
2. Customer Communication and Responding to Inquiries (Legal Basis: Contract / Legitimate Interest):
To contact Users and Customers in response to specific inquiries or to provide requested information.

We may email Users and Customers about research or purchase and selling opportunities on the Site or information related to the subject matter of the Site.
With whom is Personal Data shared or disclosed?
We share Personal Data only to the necessary extent with the following parties:
- Technical Service Provision: Third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, IT services) who process data on our behalf and according to our instructions. We have mandatory Data Processing Agreements in place with them.
- Legal Obligations: Authorities when required by law.
- Group Companies: Our subsidiaries or sister companies (intra-group transfers).
Sharing Data with other Customers:
- We do not share our Customers’ Personal Data (e.g., name, email address) with other Customers for the purpose of evaluating potential transactions without the Data Subject’s separate and explicit consent. If our Site includes functionality that allows data sharing between two Customers, we will always ask for your prior Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)a).
Sharing Aggregated Information:
- We may share anonymised or aggregated data (which is no longer Personal Data) with our affiliated agencies and third-party vendors for marketing purposes or Site development.
Opt-Out from Receiving Marketing
You always have the right to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us. You can do so by following the instructions at the bottom of our marketing emails or by contacting us at info@plusnutrition.fi.
How is Personal Data stored and secured?
Personal Data is stored confidentially and is appropriately secured.

The retention period is determined primarily by the applicable legislation (e.g., the Accounting Act, which mandates the retention of order and payment data for 6 years) and, where necessary, by the duration of the customer relationship. When the data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Users and Authorized Customers have the right to opt-out of receiving direct marketing from us and/or any agency acting on our behalf.

Users and Customers have the right to demand the erasure of their Personal Data (the right to be forgotten) by contacting us.
We implement erasure requests without undue delay and immediately delete the data from all active systems. After this, the Personal Data is no longer accessible, nor will it be sold, transferred, or used for any purpose moving forward.
Backups: Due to backups, the data may remain in our archives for a limited period. However, we strive to ensure that the data is deleted from backups within a reasonable time after their creation and will not be restored for active use.

Our Service is not directed to Children, defined as anyone under the age of 13 years, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13 years of age.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please get in touch with us immediately using the contact details provided. If we become aware that children below 13 years have provided personal information, we will delete the information from our servers immediately.

However, if we are changing our Privacy Notice in a manner that might cause the disclosure of Personal Data that a User or Customer has previously requested not to be disclosed, we will contact such User or Customer to allow them to prevent such disclosure.
Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
We do not use your Personal Data for automated decision-making or profiling that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
Sources of Personal Data
We primarily collect Personal Data directly from the data subject themselves when they fill out forms on the Site, place orders, or contact us.
Order and Contract Process
Formation of the Contract: An order placed by the Customer (an electronic order) is considered a binding offer to purchase. A binding sales contract between the Service Provider and the Customer is formed when the Service Provider has sent the Customer an order confirmation via email, which includes the ordered products and their total price.
Order Cancellation (prior to delivery): The Customer has the right to cancel an order by notifying the Service Provider via email at info@plusnutrition.fi, before the order has been processed and dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, the terms concerning the right of withdrawal shall apply.
Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Right of Return)
Withdrawal Period: A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which they received the ordered products or the last batch of products.
Notification of Withdrawal: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Service Provider of their decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email) before the withdrawal period has expired. The withdrawal notification must be sent to info@plusnutrition.fi.
Return Obligation: The Customer must return the products without undue delay and at the latest 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notification. The Customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the Service Provider has indicated that it will bear those costs.
Condition of Goods: Returned products must be in a resalable condition. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., opened food supplement packaging) if the seal has been broken.
Payment Methods and Invoicing
Payment Methods and Invoicing We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Upon successful booking, an automated receipt is sent to your email. Professional invoices for your records are available upon request. All services are provided at 0 % VAT in accordance with the Finnish VAT Act (Sections 34–36) for health and medical care.
Return Policy Customers have a right to cancel their purchase at least 2 days before the appointment for a full refund, as long as the service has not been initiated.
Service-Specific Terms:
- Single Consultations: Eligible for refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the appointment.
- Monthly Products: Programs with a 3-month or 4-month minimum duration are binding contracts. Early cancellation is not permitted, and refunds are not provided for these specialized commitment tracks. Cancellation is accepted if it is done at least 48 hours before the first appointment.
- Exclusions: In accordance with Finnish consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed or personalized digital content already delivered to the client.
Pricing and Value-Added Tax (VAT)
Consumer Prices: All prices listed on the Site and in the Service are presented in Euros (€) and include the Value-Added Tax (VAT) currently in force in Finland.
Price: The price of the product or service is the price indicated at the time of placing the order. We reserve the right to change prices.
Delivery Costs: The stated prices do not include delivery costs, which will be added to the total order sum and itemized at the end of the order process.
Service Provision and Contract Fulfilment
Time of Service Provision: The Service is provided at a mutually agreed time and at the agreed location or via remote connection. The time of service provision is confirmed to the Customer via [e.g., the Vello booking system] or email.
Fulfillment of the Contract: The contract is considered fulfilled when the Service Provider has executed the agreed service or appointment accordingusly to the agreed duration.
Pricing and Costs: The price of the Service is the price agreed upon at the time of booking. Since this is an electronic service reservation, no separate delivery or handling costs are charged.
Service Cancellation and Rescheduling (Cancellation Policy)
Right of Withdrawal: The consumer has the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance selling under consumer protection law, but this right is waived once the performance of the service has begun at the Customer’s explicit request or at the agreed time.
Agreed Cancellation: If the Customer wishes to cancel or reschedule an agreed appointment, this must be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made later or failure to attend will result in the Service Provider being entitled to charge the agreed price in full (No Show Fee).
Cancellation Notification: All cancellations or rescheduling must be made directly via [E.g., the Vello system or via email to info@plusnutrition.fi].
Transfers Outside the EU/EEA
We do not transfer Personal Data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA).
