My Story
Scientific Foundation
My starting point is always science. As a Registered Dietitian and Master of Health Sciences, I possess extensive knowledge of nutrition. This strong professional background provides me with the expertise to understand the complex functions of the human body and the critical role nutrition plays in optimizing both health and performance.
I specialize in distilling even the most demanding research findings into clear, practical strategies that every athlete and active individual can immediately apply to their daily lives.
Personal Experience
I don’t just talk the talk; I run the trails. I am an active athlete myself, so I know firsthand what hard training, testing limits, and sometimes going too far feels like. I know the difference between a well-fueled and a poorly-fueled performance. I know the fatigue in the body and mind, and how it feels when motivation remains high while the legs scream for mercy. I feel the harsh reality of endurance training—the fact that sometimes the best route leads off the path and into the bushes.
A Lifelong Athletic Background
From the football pitch to the ultra-marathon trail, my life has been defined by sport. Decades of competitive experience have taught me the discipline needed for greatness. This lifelong commitment to athletics provides me with a deep understanding of long-term athlete development and the nutritional periodization required for different sporting disciplines.

A Unique Dual Role
My approach is shaped by a unique dual role as both an elite trainee and a professional coach. This gives me a unique perspective: I know firsthand what it’s like to receive instructions, while simultaneously fully understanding the challenges and responsibilities of coaching. I have learned not only how to train, but also how to build trust, support the individual, and bring out the best potential in every athlete.
The Combination That Makes Me Exceptional
What sets me apart is the synergy between clinical nutrition expertise and real-world athletic experience. By combining a Master’s degree in Health Sciences with decades of on-field testing, I deliver evidence-based nutrition that solve the actual bottlenecks athletes face. I provide science you can trust and results you can see.
